Stephanie’s Chef and Owner Vincenzo has spent his entire life in the food business. He started working for his family-owned Italian-Pizza Restaurant in Bloomfield, NJ. He started at the age of 8 and by the age of 10, he was the youngest pizza maker according to the Star Ledger. Working for his family taught him the respect and diligence needed to run your own business efficiently and above all to always please your customers.

As a young adult, Vincenzo went to Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he would meet his future wife, Christina. Even after 24 years of marriage, they still enjoy working together at their restaurant along with their two wonderful children Stephanie, for whom the restaurant is named, and Sebastian, for whom the building is named.
